The Haunt Lab - Terms and Conditions

Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling and a refund will be issued once the item has been received back into inventory. Orders placed in October will not be accepted for return after Halloween.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the price of every item. All packages will ship via UPS ground unless alternate arrangements are made on your order via email to Support@thehauntlab.com.

The Haunt Lab makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, regarding the operation or content of the Website. You expressly agree that your use of the Website is at your own risk. The Haunt Lab does not warrant that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided on the Website.
All Products sold on this website are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by the user.
